What is a virtual tenancy?
A virtual tenancy is a company or person who can benefit from all the resources and services that ipsenta have to offer, without the commitment and cost of a full tenancy. By providing a contact e-mail address you will be kept fully up to date of all events and networking opportunities created by ipsenta and full access to our business support services. As with our serviced workspace, all we require is one month's written notice should you wish to terminate the agreement.
The Options
Mail Handling - You will have the use of our address. We will sort your mail and this can either be posted on to another address or can be collected. With your permission, we will also take in any parcels which can then be collected.
Call Answering - Calls come through to the main reception and will be professionally answered in your company name on your own dedicated phone line. Messages can be taken and then e-mailed or phoned through to you.
Conference Facilities - As a virtual tenant of ipsenta you can enjoy the use of all our conference facilities at the same rate as full time companies. this creates a professional and well presented environment to impress your clients. We have several different sized rooms ranging from our small one-on-one counselling room to our big training / presentation room. The majority of these can be tailored to meet your individual needs and we can also arrange any refreshments you may require to take the stress away from organising it yourself.
