A plan is essential for any business.  It will focus your ideas and define the route map to ensure you achieve success.  This course, brought to you in partnership with Barclays, provides expert advice from one of our experienced advisers on planning your business and the secrets of success.

Led by experienced local accountant Ian McKechnie, this course provides an appreciation of the legal obligations for the maintenance of adequate books and records.  You will learn the skills needed to design and operate an acceptable bookkeeping system and an understanding of the key areas of Income Tax, VAT and National Insurance regulations affecting small businesses.  This course also gives delegates a chance to talk to and question our very own tame taxman!
